shortness of breath

The breathing issue for me was like gasping for air. I felt like no matter how hard I tried I couldn't take a full breath.  What a terrible and terrifying symptom. 

 

Mine let up at 5 months off and by the time I was heading into 7 months it was completely gone as were almost all of my symptoms except anxiety and insomnia.

I'm 3 months out and have had this off and on from jump. Hoping it resolves soon. I can't like it!

Thanks so much! I have a feeling this is going to be a while before it leaves. I had it during the taper and now its come back. facking hate it!

Better around month 7

I had this too almost constantly, not to mention my GERD which contributed to shortness of breath as well. However, recently it has improved a lot, sometimes even disappear. I believe it was resulted from my attempt to improve my stomach health, as I've been trying my best to fix all my health issues, most importantly, my digestion.

It is awful its my worst symptom..still here 5 months off

I just made 2 posts in which I described this very problem then I see this one showing up !   

 

This recently started for me too. I know it's a cliché but I don't know what to say or think anymore ...

 

If I go to the bathroom for #2, come back and wash my hands by the time I'm getting the towel for drying my hands I just stand there grasping for air ! I haven't had this for ages ... just scary oké !! And it gets very bad on a hot day, we're in a bit of a heat wave in my country and I just had to find out the hard way I just can't stand the heat anymore ...
