My energy started to get better at 4 months off, I still have a ways to go yet, but i feel better now than at month 3 for sure

yes. Physical energy, at 3 months more or less. It was not perfect but at least I could do exercice and still functional during the day.

About two and a half months after being back my energy came back with full force, your's will too soon!

Like many have stated here, being 4 months benzo free, for the first time ever, I gained tremendous energy few days ago. Never give up! Give your body the healthiest nutrients it needs and boom! You're good to go.

Man im glad to see someone else struggling with this. Ive literally had no energy. I spent almost two months in my room. Made my self virtually agoraphobic
