Micro tapering Librium solution

PLEASE HELP.  DESPERATE! !

I really don't know how to navigate well on here but I am desperate for help with my situation.

I am trying to find someone to help me figure out how to dilute my librium compounded solution that is too strong for me to microtaper. My dang pharmacist will not help. I am on a Librium oil based solution because Librium cannot be compounded in water as it is not stable. He sends me the syringes for each week but I am forced to make a .25 cut every week or I can hold lower if I want but .25 is too big of a cut and my body cannot handle it. It is approximately equivalent to cutting 3/4 of a milligram so it's not really a microtaper.  I would like to cut around a fourth of that amount every two or three days but from what I understand, I guess I need to learn. how to dilute it and I have no idea how to do this. Or is that what I have to do? I don't know.  If anyone  knows of anyone who can help me figure this out please let me know.
