& now I think I have Temporal Arteritis which could make me have a stroke

Stay away from Dr. Google!  I can't reprimand you for that-i get tempted too and consult him to at times. 

 

You just jumped recently.  I think you mentioned you had headaches too?  I would think this is all part of acute.  If I were you I would watch it for a bit and then if it didn't subside I would let a doctor check it out.  So sorry 😐.
