Worst day in a while, feel like giving up.

worst day in a while now, was supposed to play a match ended up being called off

then went to one of the lads house and watched the first half of the football game, didnt feel great about 8 people in the house i was very quiet felt on edge,

walked to town didnt like it so went home and watched the chelsea match horrible feeling all day very badly depressed and extreme pressure around head and face just wanted to die, ate a chocolate cake which didnt help with things hoping its just withdrawals
