I'm looking for something to get a little more stability so I can go back to work. I'm almost there and dont want to slow down final healing. Sleep and unpredictability are my my enemies.  Should I try it?

It's a beta blocker and my daughter takes it to relax her so she can sleep, I don't think it could hurt.  But that's my opinion.

I am happy to say that I was prescribed clonidine to take at night to help go to sleep and slow down the feeling of a racing heart and mind. It works! No side effects so far. Have absolutely no idea why I'm years into trying to get better and my doc just now putting me on it.
