I have to tell you I was actually sold Prozac by A psychiatrist. Only the benefits were mentioned at my appointment! Things like this was originally prescribed for weight loss; what woman wouldn't want to here that, your hair and nails may grow and get thicker. He fell just short of you,ll look ten years younger! I found a website last year that you could use to disclose the money your local doctor was getting from vicodin scripts and the average in my town was 3,000 dollars a year. Not a fortune but add up all the other drugs they push on you and that's a pretty nice Christmas bonus. I'll try to dig that website up through this cluster bomb of my now scrambled brain and post it through out this forum.

All medications have possible side effects. Although we should be told what they are, we usually aren't. These BB pages are filled with people who have had terrible side effects from medications that we thought were safe to take. It's a hard lesson to learn.

The CBT therapist I went to said that there would be no side effects from ADs! Who was he kidding??

What the heck, Terry??? Really? Sad. Anyway, now that we're all older and wiser, and we know how to track down the info, we don't have to be at the mercy of such situations.

When will the general population understand that we are living in another medical dark age (the age of Chemical Medicine) and do something about it?  Sure, they can march here and there and shout about implanted, imagined fears and throw paint on statues but how about marching about something that is REAL for a change?  When will the politicians man up and grow a set, step up and speak out, even if it means that Big Pharma will FIRE them by pulling their campaign contributions and backing someone else in the next cycle?
