How was your personality before you decided going off?

Apart from the other problems anxiety, depression... I was tottaly narcissist and with rage. And I was not aware of it.

 

I lost fiends with it. Some people have a wrong image of me.

 

Now that im almost healed. I feel my personality TOTALLY BACK. My thoughts follow my personality.

Yep, I expressed little emotion (good or bad), but also quick to get agitated & angry. No motivation. Good at my job, and a did a perfunctory job of mothering 3 boys, but was not warm & nurturing as I wanted to be.

 

It's been a real wake up call to literally "wake up" & start feeling emotions again!
