Am thinking of asking my doc to increase my dose.. am not coping on 5mg and think I went down to it too quickly.. my anxiety is through the roof and my DR is terrible.. What dose do people usually up dose to when they're having problems? A couple of mg? How do you know what to do??

What dose were you taking when you last felt stable? That could be the dose to take. Good luck. Gx

Same thing happened to me. Read my signature. I had to go from 4mg up to 10mg bc I tapered too fast. We're both valium veterans and it's the longest acting benzo, so the fast cuts will cause a crash outta nowhere and they're terrible!! I'm doing better since I updosed. This taught me a lesson that I cannot rush this. It's going to take longer but that's ok. Listen to your body. You don't have to suffer throughout this whole process. I'm right there with you
