What is happening to me? 10 months off getting so much worse

Ok that akathisia or whatever I don't understand?

 

I'm so sorry to keep bothering you but all this has changed so much and increased so severely over the past week I don't understand?

 

This is the 4th such increase since the beginning of months 7 and this is literally as bad as it's ever been 10 months off and I don't understand?

 

Earlier I was setting in the bed literally crying and couldn't move in so much physical and emotional pain and now I tried to come in here and set and watch tv but between the physical pain and pressure just straight burning and torment in my brain and the severe restlessness anxiety can't breath can't sit still my mind just keeps going back to such and evil place severe DP/DR and extreme nausea and fatigue I literally feel like I'm completely having a psychotic breakdown and completely losing my mind this is crazy and you don't think any of this is Zoloft and how could this get so bad and turn so quickly I'm losing it feel like I'm completely losing all since of reality here this is crazy I'm right back to where I was in tolerance WD before Detox and coming off the Xanex after 10 months and if this is a wave how long is this gonna last and what if it just keeps getting worse?
