I have severe brain fog feel like can't think but on the other hand I know I overthink all the time does anyone else do this.im also seeing counsellor sometimes I think they make me worse she's drug and alcohol but she talks to me about building new pathways in my brain.i just wish there was somewhere I could go and recover away from all the daily stress but I have no where to go and it's making it harder.before I found out this was all from benzos I spent a lot of time in and out of private hospital but when I look back it was helping me recover away from everyone.but I can't go anywhere because of my son

i too wish i could just go to some health spa / retreat and have people take care of me while i get through this but realizing that this will go on for months or longer does not make that financially viable - if it was just 30 days or something - then i would do it.  i can't imagine taking care of children while going through this.  we need to take life one day at a time.  its hard.  i'm a planner and i want to know where my life will be next week, month , and so on.  but i've come to realize some days are literally taking it one hour at a time.
