Anyone here have tachycardia and/or POTS?

I have been fighting tachycardia for awhile now (predating benzo use...benzo use is a direct result of the tachycardia, actually) and I plan to ask my dr about hyperadergenic POTS, which just means I have too much adrenaline when I stand, and sometimes all the time, making my heart race.  That's pretty much how I feel right now, for sure.  It got way worse after my GI scope.

 

Of course, because of the way I felt, I decided Ativan would help me enjoy my family vacation.  But now I just can't let myself keep going down that road.  But it's super hard for me to figure out which symptoms are the adrenaline/POTS/tachycardia, and which ones are from Ativan, because it's all the same....adrenaline bursts, anxiety, heart racing, panic attacks. 

 

I actually do not have very many of the other symptoms listed for benzo withdrawal.  Some occasional aches and pains and some insomnia....but mostly it's heart and anxiety and adrenaline symptoms.  Which is why I started the stupid Ativan in the first place.  The first Ativan I ever took was in 2008 because I reacted to a surgery sedation so extremely that my heart rate would NOT slow down (after going brady while I was under, so they shot me up with epinephrine) so after checking for blood clots, they put me on Ativan for a month.  So I'm kind of scared, because I don't know how else to control the other symptoms except maybe increased beta blockers, I guess....
