Are adrenaline surges on and off all day a symptom of withdrawal?

 

That feeling like right before you have to give a speech in school where your heart flips and you feel a surge of adrenaline...it keeps happening multiple times all day.  I hate it!!!!!  I hope it goes away.

It's happening to me too and I didn't have an issue with this before benzos. It's a common wd symptom. It's alarming to have so many strange symptoms and not know why.
