Inner ear question...

Would you say that if I can spin around and get dizzy, that I don't have Full bilateral loss? I still have oscillopsia, shaking vision when I walk, and I read that a lot of people got it from inner ear disorder where they also never get dizzy because it's basically severe bilateral loss. So I'm wondering if my oscillopsia is not inner ear but something else. I tested this theory out by spinning around, and quickly I got real dizzy which leads me to believe that I don't have inner ear loss.

 

What do y'all think? I'm just wondering if my bouncing vision is going to leave...
