I'm Back 10 Months out and Still Terrible!

Well I tried going awhile without posting, I been off ALL Meds besides Taking Nyquil once and awhile for sleep adn still Either I don't slep or when I do I wake up all the time having stupid nightmares, I get up and feel like I slept NONE!

 

I was on Ativan from October 2014 to October 2016, since then I was taking a few things like Remeron and a few others, Then for the past at least 2 months I stopped it all, 10 Months out from taking Ativan and of course NO CHANGE! Its the same, no sleep or very poor terrible sleep, I can almost say its not Withdrawl anymore, 10 months out and no change at all just tells me its something else!

 

October this year would be 3 years since my nightmare started, and I tried Tests and everything else to find the cause, no one knows so Im sure i do have SFI, 3 years out I may have 2 years to live cause People can live up to 5 years with it
