I've recently come off a valium taper and would love to read and search the forum. I don't really want my post to be in introductions as I'm not really ready to communicate, but would really appreciate the approval! You guys are doing an amazing thing here, I really appreciate it!

Hello struggledrink Welcome to BenzoBuddies.

 

Congratulations on being benzo free!  This is a great accomplishment. Feel free to read the threads, post whenever you are ready to.  I'm so sorry if you continue to have symptoms,just know that this is quite common.  It can take a lot of time for many of us to heal after complete withdrawal. These symptoms are temporary and will resolve with time.

 

I would suggest you read The Ashton Manual, It is a great resource for understanding the effect benzo’s have on our body.  It provides  withdrawal information and includes a list of common symptoms 

 

You will find some very valuable support and information on the forum.  Our members are happy to share their personal experiences with you and support you.. Please feel free to browse the boards, when your ready,post questions to any of the dedicated threads.
