Jumped 8/5/17 because I followed Benzobuddies directions!

So on 8/5/17 I jumped off of Clonazepam at .03 mg!  I am still supplementing with Valerian Root and I have recently added 5HTP, Passionflower, GABA, Inositol, B vitamins, D3, and some homeopathics.

 

I am still anxious here and there, but I can be home alone, which has been the case for a few months.  For a long stretch there I was too anxious to be alone ever - but I was tapering too fast and did not realize that.  Also my bad experience trying to go cold turkey occurred when I was home alone so that traumatized me.  But now I can be home alone.  I do like people to be on-call though.

 

Anyway, I am very happy and I know Benzobuddies gave me the help I needed when my doctors could not help me.
