So your skin is driving you mad right? A benzo buddie directed me to this post! Must read!

I have suffered for a year and a half with benzo rash and extremely painful burning skin.  Not only is the author of this post knowledgable but gave me the remedy of using Vicks Vapo Rub! Yes!! I was skeptical and waited a couple hours before trying but it is a miracle!!

The post below goes into detail about almost ALL of our suffering and explains what is going on. It gave me hope, hope it brings peace to your mind as well.

Can someone give me the cliff notes version of what Vick's vapor rub does, please?

Hi Twinkle, the Vicks Vapo rub confuses the nerves that are healing. So instead of feeling pain/burning we feel nothing. Like having a cut or mosquito bite and applying pressure to it, the Vapo effectively numbs it. Hope this helps.
