It will get better, it has to. So many people healed from this nightmare we will too. We have to keep pushing forward. Time is working for us.

I'm 15 months out suffering badly but I will refuse to think I will not heal. We will heal Reba!!!

What is your worst symptoms Reba?

I'm sorry you're still suffering so much.  It does take some of us a long time to heal - it took me over two years of mostly hellish symptoms, but I DID heal eventually.  It looks like you've had multiple withdrawals, as did I.  Unfortunately, multiple/subsequent withdrawals can slow healing and make symptoms longer lasting.  That's because of kindling, a sensitization of the nervous system.  But, even people who have kindled DO eventually heal, and you will too. 

 

Benzo withdrawal is a waiting game, and time is the healer.
