Ketogenic, Paleo, Juice for Life...which one for you

I would like feedback from whoever has had success with these diets. I have read and tried each one but none has made a real difference. I mainly stay away from processed foods, sugar, caffeine to keep insomnia/akathisia from getting worse. It's frustrating because I need to lose weight and even just drinking veg juice has no weight loss. I hate reading about how people have just shed pounds from these diets :tickedoff:

There's a web site Ketogenic Diet Resource that says this is great for nerve damage. It had no effect on me.

Right now, I'm putting meat back into diet with using Nutri Bullet for coconut water, veg/fruit smoothies.

I try to eat with Paleo principles, but I do eat dairy (more Primal). I eat very little grains, not a lot of carbs, and pretty high fat. This diet works very well for me.

I suggest you look into intermittent fasting if you are having issues losing weight on any diet. This works fantastically for weight loss, and is not hard to do at all, very good for the body.

Also--drinking juices of any kind is not a good a idea for losing weight. Juices supply a lot of carbs much too quickly for the body to handle and keeps insulin levels high, which makes you fat. Eat the fruit or vegetable in the form that nature supplies it and you'll do much better.

If you keep track of your carbs and keep them lower, you will also do better with weight loss. Don't worry about calories or fat.
