Found this site through a friend.

Have been on Xanax since 2000. Was at 2mg per day. Now down to 1mg per day.....which is still 1mg too much.

 

Hoping I can gain insight and read through previous posts to help learn how to effectively and effeciently get rid of this curse from my life.
