ok for months and suddenly headaches/anxiety

Anyone else completely ok for months and then suddenly get weird symptoms out of nowhere? I have been fine for about 7 months, all through this time I have had low level headaches and mild jerky feelings in m head and body from time to time, but out of the blue the headaches have become constant for days and days and this has all driven my anxiety through the roof. I am also experiencing mild detachment and obviously am worried about brain tumour or MS. I'm not sure if the detachment is a symptom of something or from the anxiety....  Has this kind of thing happened to anyone else? I dont want to scare people. I have been largely perfect for months,  I haven't suffered all this time, and this could be completely unrelated to benzo withdrawal.
