All of these severe symptoms are crazy making and the fear that I have permanent brain damage is intense. It makes a HUGE difference to understand what's happening in the brain during withdrawal/recovery. during 8 months I thought I had brain damage forever and my steam of thoughts was not reversible. I didnt recognize myself.

 

today I feel me almost healed. Im waiting for the 100%.
