Hello all benzo buddies

Hello guys, excuse my English, it's not my main language.

 

I've been benzo and all psych meds free since around April 2017, for roughly 17 years (since 2000). Many times before I joined here, I've been reading you guys' posts here, and let me tell you (just like many of you may also experence): there was no single health practitioner who helped me withdraw from these meds, it was you guys, and many great vids on youtube that helped me battling this inhuman nightmare. It also made me feel that I'm not alone. For that I want to say thank you from the deepest part of my heart.

 

As I'm still facing many, many problems after my complete benzo withdrawal, I want to discuss them to you guys. I hope we all can help each other.

Your English is fine,  Congratulations on being benzo free.!  Well done, you should be proud of yourself.  I'm so pleased to hear that this forum helped you. I am sorry you are having a rough time, withdrawal is awful and symptoms can be severe for a while but it does ease off with some time.  I think you will find some comfort communicating with those who are in the same situation as you are. 

 

We have many supportive and kind members here who will support you and give sound advice. Feel free to check out the forum and post to any of our dedicated threads.

 

I am sure you are familiar with the Ashton Manual. It is an excellent resource about these types of medication and their effect on the body. As well as withdrawal information it includes a list of common symptoms
