BURNING AND FREEZING -- QUESTION: KLONIPEN OR GABAPENTIN

Recommended Posts

Hi,

Right now I am doing an Ashton Transfer of Klonipen to Valium.

1/4 .5mg Klonipen (=2.5mg of Valium): 11:30am

1/4 .5mg Klonipen (=2.5mg of Valium): 8:00pm

5mg Valium: 8:00pm

TOTAL EQUIVALENT 7.5mg Valium in pm plus 2.5mg Valium in am = 10mg VALIUM TOTAL DAILY

Been on the above for a few days

100mg Gabapentin: 8:00pm (been on this dose since mid-March)

By the time 4:00pm comes my body is burning up --- ears, insides, legs, arms, everything...head, face, and I feel chills and tingles all over, freezing with fuzzy head.

IS THIS THE BENZO OR GABAPENTIN?

SHOULD I TAKE THE 1/4 .5mg Klonioen in afternoon? Should I start splitting my Gabapentin dose?

Thanks.
