inner vibration and tremors gotten worse at 11.5 months out

Hi Guys

Anyone else got really bad inner vibration and tremors? Mine really gets revved up at night and I literally pulsate. It's impossible to sleep with it. It's all day too at the moment in the legs especially but also in the chest and nerves twitching on my face. I'm suffering so much. It's scary.

I feel like I'm going mad. Any advice?

Thanks

Please respond. I really need reassurance. I haven't slept properly with this particular symptom in over a month!

I also have a neighbour who puts her tumble dryer on overnight and I can't work out what's my body's vibration and whats her machine. I really am losing it I fear.

Please help  - is this benzos? Will it pass? Does anything help in the meantime?

I'd really appreciate any support.

hello suffering one. It has to be the benzos. I asked two doctors what could be causing my inner body to vibrate while I was on prozac and klonopine, and you guessed it I was dismissed with that dumb she's crazy look! You know after a while you just clam up and keep these weird side effects to yourself. It's like talking to an idiot. Or maybe they know and hand a reload prescription to the Guinea pig and hope we don't figure it out. Once I weaned off the prozac the tremors stopped completely. Been off the klonopin for eight months now and the vibration has returned but not as severe. It usually happens when I am laying down and have to roll over because it feels like blood pooling in a dead body. Dramatic I know but this crazy thing is very traumatic! Give it a little more time and I'm sure this too shall pass. God bless you!

Check your potassium levels.  Try eating a banana,  it helped me overcome this.

I had this too in the first two years of WD.  It goes away.  I don't have it anymore.  A blip or two in the morning is all.

Thanks for this I really appreciate it. It's messed up I know. Bless you too. I keep telling myself other symptoms have come and gone so this one will too. Feels scary at the moment still.

Take care of yourself and thanks

Thanks Sofa. I really can't hear that enough. I'm glad it passed for you and you're passing the message of healing on.

Thanks so much,
