OMG, the lights came on briefly

I spent the last two weeks in insufferable mental anguish and physical pain. At 3pm today, for no apparent reason, I was able to go for a jog. Got back to the house and felt like myself a bit. All morning I had been hysterically crying, having morbid, hopeless thoughts, and was not able to will myself out of bed. The last two hours I have been cleaning doing laundry, watering plants, smiling and calling friends and family to hear "me." WTF. I know the lights will go off again, but this is a much needed break. May everyone suffering have a beautiful break soon.

Isn't it beautiful? I love those moments, and for me they come a bit more often and more frequently. In moments I actually feel blessed to know how precious life is because of everything I've been through. There are enough of these to keep me through the dark nights.
