2 months CT 2mg Ativan - when can I expect any of these symptoms to ease a bit?

I have had horrible insomnia, anxiety, and depression since coming off Remeron Dec '16. But ever since I got off Ativan it has been Hell. Suicidal levels of those symptoms. I rarely sleep. In two months, I have had only several nights of 2hrs sleep. Never more. Also dealing with intense head pressure, numb face, dry eyes, and chest pain.

How long should I expect to endure this without any easing of any symptoms? I have been suffering a lot since December. I wish I had just tried to ride out the Remeron withdrawal and not added Ativan to the mix.

Have you tried any supplements or OTC meds for sleep?

Sounds to me you bailed off the Ativan too fast.  If you can get more, you'll be more comfortable finding a level you can be fairly symptom free, then work down from there.  I tried cold turkey from 1.5 mg of Ativan, and it was living hell.  so I've gone back up to .25 mg three times a day.

It may not be the same for you, you may need more or less to feel pretty decent, and be able to the the sleep you body needs to repair itself.

My condolences in your suffering, and best wishes for getting past Ativan use.
