There is a class action lawsuit against some antidepressant that caused people to gamble compulsively and in my research a year ago I only found one case in Japan that was against the doctor that prescribed a benzo to a healthy doctor a think it was and he is having a hell of a time proving his case. Because he is labeled unstable and mentally incapacitated. I have contacted several attorneys know one will touch this! When I found benzo buddies I was appalled at the shear number of intelligent stable people that have lost everything in their lives. Even their souls! Ten years and countless people who are suffering so badly. People who were sold this drug like it was as safe as I vitamin. this has to end. Document all your medical tests and get them on paper. Or on hard discs because computers can lose files. Has anyone contacted an attorney for this injustice?

No, but I'd love to. My doctor was arrested and quoted saying "I lured patients into my office and wrote them medically unnecessary prescriptions".

The only way that I would take part in a class action suite would be to emphasize accountability. Our medical system seems to be more and more soulless.  I know that is a harsh statement. I base it on my own experience and observing medicine at least on this side of the Atlantic go from bad to worse. We have learned on this blog that being informed is the best way to protect ourselves and our loved ones. Opiods are a major focus. There are some haunting similarities in how one gets addicted. The idea that if you become addicted it is somehow your fault has got to change. In my opinion, the wrong people are being punished by an ignorant system. Too many of us are suffering at the hands of those, we have been told to trust.

 

Money unfortunately is the only thing that makes people pay attention. We have been fooled into thinking that modern medicine is making us healthier. Most of us here know better don't we!
