Reverse osmosis drink water and benzo withdrawal

Hi,

 

I have read here that we who are on benzo withdrawal should not be drinking carbonated water.

 

I am considering Reverse Osmosis purification of drinking water, because on my island, tap quality is not good.

 

Did. anyone have negative consequences or positive results with drinking water from RO device ??

Just FYI, most statements that begin with "I read..." (or "I heard...) are false.  Especially if its posted on a message board.

 

Water, regardless of it's source, is NOT going to effect benzo WD.

As far as I understand your answer, drinking water produced with reverse osmosis or active carbon is just fine for me. Thanks .....

 

Three more questions .....

 

First, I am now on 10 mg Diazepam, every third day, which means 3.333 per diem. I also have tendency for high blood pressure for which I take medicine. I have noticed that now, while starting Ashton step-by-step, every single little anxiety increases my blood pressure. Anybody else experienced it ?

 

Second, every now and then I have a setback ......  . Last time, 6 days ago, I took 10 mg Diazepam (it was third day), but after 36 hours I had to take 20 mg Diazepam. I do have to admit that before that I have made a nonsense and tried some detox with green tea.

 

Well, third question. I am at 10 mg every third day. What is the next step 9 mg But, in my country we only have 10 mg and 5 mg ........
