Irritability

The last few days I've been feeling irritable and very low on patience. I'm not snapping at people and I'm not enraged--not even very angry. I'm just edgy/nervous and moving, thinking, driving very quickly. I keep telling myself to slow down but I just feel so charged. Does anyone else feel this kind of agitation and nervous energy?

Yes I have this too. Energy has incrased, i move very fast, my arms and legs movements are fast and have a fiiling like increased nervous energy. Maybe benzos have slowed nervous as a inhibitors and now nervous ar overactive. I'm stil tapering but benzo amount in my body is already low so I think this causes the overactivity. Not sure but this is my guess.
