The reason I'm joining is for help and moral support while tapering.  Have been on benzos 8 years.  Started tapering on and off 5 years ago.  Went from 4mg Klonopin to 8mg Valium (~0.4 K).  Still on 8mg Valium daily but finding it really difficult to continue.
