Exercise induced tightness / panic?

I have been running at the gym lately. The past week or so has seemed like a nice window as I have very few sfx. However today when I was running i started feeling stiff in the neck and my head started feeling tight like my BP was too high. Had to stop and had a very minor anxiety attack. Maybe I should give exercise a rest for a few days. Thoughts?

If I push the exercise too hard I get panic that lasts all day! So now I just take walks,loooong walks,brisk then light back and forth clearing 15,000+ steps a day,seems to help the anxiety
