migraines?

Anyone have migraines after being off benzos? I have mostly silent migraines now with head pressure is this a common symptom? its been going on awhile now since last august

I've seen a lot of people listing headaches and migraines as symptoms of their benzo withdrawal. I haven't personally had a migraine since quitting but I have had a lot of really intense headaches, some lasted days. Between the head pressure, eye problems, ear pressure, jaw and neck pain and tension it makes sense that lots of people would have this symptom. I just wanted you to know you're not alone.
