Rewd bad headache need some support please

I'm having A tough day today . The headache and constant pressure in Head and pressure at chest with high anxiety is driving me crazy today . Anyone still have headache ? What do you do to help ? I don't want to take any meds .

what about the other symptoms?

 

For me is deep massage, hot water and a calming song.

Other symtoms are mild . Headache is the worst now !!

I'm still struggling with burning headache. Some day better some day very bad, and my left side of my body hurting bad.

Sorry you suffering with this headache my friend. I feel your pain. I'm 15 out and still suffering most days a lot.
