head pressure and food

How does food help bring down the head pressure? My head was pounding very bad before i ate and now after I feel a little better?

Not sure, but food has always relieved my symptoms, especially ear plugging.  My guess is either because it raises blood sugar, or because it stimulates our vegus nerve.

Not sure what you mean.  Dizziness is a common withdrawal symptom.  If food eases your head pressure, it could help dizziness and other sxs as well.
