Do Fast Food mess you up?

I've eaten Burger King a few times and i noticed i few slightly agitated, my thoughts go faster. Maybe it's MSG or something else?

no doubt- fast food has many excitotoxic ingredients.  i was not sensitive to food before benzo WD but sure am now....  i will look forward to the day i can eat and drink anything i want!

I ate one time at IN-and-Out just a hamburger no cheese no bun and did ok.  But the French fries messed me up because the oils they use are cheap most likely GMO.  I'm not going to go there or any restaurant anymore.  I know it sounds drastic but my chiropractor keeps finding foods, oils that I'm allergic to and it throws out either my hiatal hernia (I got from benzos) or my ileocecal valve (valve between small and large intestine).  I have been eating really clean otherwise or I suffer.

Ugh, yes. Fast food hurts in so many ways.
