Hello  - this list may or may not be helpful to people.  I was never a supporter of elimination diets but i have found that eating gluten of any kind causes a major issue for me at this point.  I am certain I do not have celiacs disease as i've had intestinal biopsies and allergy testing,  this sensitivity only began once hitting tolerance on valium and starting WD.  Eating is now beyond bland and limited but I have had quite a few windows which people have said is not common at this stage.  So, wondering if avoiding all the foods below is making a difference in giving my brain a greater chance at healing.  There is also a different list of foods that cause nerve damage which includes things like anything cured - so cold cuts, sausage, bacon, kielbasa, that sort of this  Believe me - eating this way sucks but if it means healing sooner - i am willing to give it a try and i know from reading success stories - it sounds like other people eliminated a lot of foods / chemicals and ultimately were able to consume them again after healing was complete.
