Anything help Akathisia?

My Akathisia is getting worse, my muscles are very weak and im extremely fatigued yet my body is screaming at me to keep moving...This feeling is hell I am so desperate for some relief...

 

Anyone have success with meds reducing this feeling?

I've never gotten acupuncture before. I don't know how to go about it. Are there different types? What do I ask them to do?

Yes there are different types. You just tell them what is bothering you and perhaps they will fix this problem, but I can't say for sure as my dog had knee pain from Arthritis.
