Can someone please tell me how to taper off of 3 mg of clonazepam?

It depends on how long you have been on and how you want to do it--dry cut pills vs. water titration. There is info elsewhere on this board on how to do both. Listen to your body and cut when stable or mostly stable. Find other ways to deal with whatever got you on the benzos in the first place.

I've been on it since july 20 up to now.I will like to do dry cut pills.Thank you for taking the time and  responding to me.

I see you take another benzo and other drugs so I don't know how that will play into this, but you have been on a very short time, I would probably cut .5 mg a week until you are done. (If it were me I would cut much faster 1 mg a week). You are actually on for the amount of time benzos should be used, just a few weeks, so hopefully you will be okay.

 

I guess the question to address for yourself is why did you add 3 mg of clonazepam and have you addressed whatever made you take the pills? IIf not, those symptoms may return when you taper. Good luck!
