I've been waking up feeling sick for the past few days since I jumped. I wake up feeling a little dizzy and shaky. Definitely fatigued like every part of my body is tired. Also nauseous and thirsty. I think the nausea is getting better, this is the first morning I woke up without feeling like I need to throw up. I never do, just dry heave.

Idk if it's all withdrawl related or not. For the past few weeks I was having a hard time eating. I lost quite a bit of weight and I've been working on incorporating more into my diet and getting my calories up. Some stomach issues last week set me back and I couldn't eat too much for a couple days. Sleep hasn't been the greatest either. I go to bed around 10pm and it never fails that I wake up at 2:30am. If I can fall back asleep, I wake up again at about 5:30am-6am. I expect this to happen every time I fall asleep now.

I'm hoping this all resolves itself soon. I wasn't feeling quite so bad before. It's been about 6 days since my last Xanax. I'm just trucking along at a sloth's pace and it's frustrating. Does this stuff definitely get better? I've been having a hard time staying positive. I've been checked out and the consensus is that it's all related to my 3ish weeks of heightened anxiety and the lack of food/sleep.

Sorry this is sort of long. Has anyone experienced a lot of this? I know sleep issues are a given and I've seen a lot of people with stomach problems. If anyone else feels this way too right now we can tough it out together.

Hey, give yourself a break - you're less than a week off and saying you feel you're going at a "sloth's pace".  All the symptoms you describe - ie nausea, dizziness, shakes - are likely down to anxiety.    Although your sleep seems bad to you - at 6 days off I'd say you're doing pretty well.  Cut yourself a bit of slack  ;) it will get better soon.

Thank you for the reply, Kes! I hope you are doing well. I have been hard on myself, that's for sure. I'm grateful for this community and its members who help me keep things in perspective.
