Shortness of breath

Anyone have this symptom where it actually feels like your airway is constricted and not just anxiety type hyperventilation and chest tightness.  I've had that but the anxiety, heavy chest feeling has gone down a lot  and now it actually feels like asthmatic type airway constriction that varies in intensity throughout the day.

I don't know if this is the same thing or not, but while tapering, I had the muscles in my throat actually tighten up.  At first, I thought something was just stuck in my throat.  When it didn't go away, I looked into my throat with a flashlight and saw that the tightened muscles were actually causing my throat to close up some.  It wasn't dangerous, but it made it hard to eat and drink for a few days - I could basically swallow milk and yogurt without choking - anything else I just choked and vomited on.  It went away after a few days.  Came back a few other times, but it was in short bursts, like a few hours here and there.
