Depression Waves

Whelp, I've been in a pretty bad depression wave for about 2 weeks now. In the past I feel like depression would last a few days at the most, but lately been pretty tough. Just curious if anybody can relate to depression waves lasting for a bit like this.

Absolutely!  Withdrawal wouldn't be the same without it.  Sorry.  Yes it is brutal and I have had it for the past week and it seems to be diminishing somewhat. 

 

Wish I could give you a quick fix but I don't think there is one.

Yeah it sucks. If I had a choice I'd probably be in bed today but since I got off work I definitely haven't left the couch

 

My thing is though I've never had it straight up intense for more than a week straight like this but as we know withdrawal is unpredictable. Also now that it's night time it's eased up a little bit. I'm just dreading the morning

Ive been depressed for about 3 months now, near the end of my taper and up till now (im 7 weeks post jump). It doesnt come and go for me its always there. Ive had small windows where my physical symptoms lessen but the depression doesnt. Im really hoping for relief.

I haven't had any windows in depression during my entire taper or since quitting. It has eased up a little now and then but has not gone away completely in the past year. I'm sending love to your brain and hope it clears up for you soon.
