is anyone constantly dizzy for long term? and balance issues?

I had dizziness and balance issues for a long time. They finally went away after I came off my last psych med, lamictal. Are you on any other meds that could have side effects?

I notice that if I stay on my phone a lot or watch tv for a while it makes me extra dizzy, and even a little nauseous

Yup, all the time since acute withdrawal hit me. It waxes and wanes, but hasn't gone away fully yet.
