I'm hitting withdrawal again.

The last time I tapered it was way too fast and I failed. I've just gone from 1.0 mg of Klonopin down to 0.75 mg and anxiety is hitting me hard. I've been trying to take the edge off by taking phenibut. Yes, I know some people have problems with phenibut withdrawal but I'll deal with that later. Keep in mind that I'm not quitting Klonopin by my own free will. My psychiatrist just decided to stop prescribing it for me. I only have a limited number of pills to taper with. I'm scared as I know it's only going to get much worse.

I can definitely relate to that. I might end up in the same situation as you are. It's insane they just put you on and off and expect you to do a fast withdrawal like it's nothing. Once you start a rapid taper like us it's highly unlikely they will prescribe you more or at least the same dose like before. I just wanted to do and try a fast taper because I just didn't have the patience or power to do a slow one anymore. Now that I went from 15 mg to 9 mg I highly doubt my doctor will prescribe me 15 again. I'm running out of pills as it is already because I keep relapsing. I don't know what to say to you. I hope your doctor finds some common sense and if you don't do or start the taper out of your own free will they are just mall advising and practicing you and pushing you into something you might not be ready for to say the least. Cause this won't work anyway. You can't do a forced withdrawal, there's just too much pressure that comes with it and at such a fast rate. Pretty convinced my case will be the same. The more you try to get off the worse it gets. I don't even know why I'm doing or trying this anymore. Now I will have to go tell my doctor I just can't do it. I dropped 6 mg in 1,5 weeks. But I don't think she will prescribe me more.    :'(
