  It's been over a week now and I am living comfortable with 3 0.5 mgs. This is down from taking a full 4mg dose of Xanax for more than  30 years.  What was once  my cure for dibilitating anxiety and panic attacks, Xanax has become a terrible weight on my way life because it is next to impossible get.Although I am taking Lamicral and Gabapentin to assist me, those medications are easy to get.

  I hope to be soon free from Xanax and have my life back
