Hi guys.

I was just on sick-leave from work for 6 weeks and during that time I tried quitting caffeine since my insomnia is just horrible. I felt even more fatigued and depressed without coffee but this was not a big issue since I did not have to work and could just rest all day long.

Now that I'm back at work I find it impossible to go on without drinking coffee again. I'm sleeping between 1-3 hours per night and there is no way I can manage work/stay focused with so little sleep. I'm feeling really guilty for returning to coffee to get me through the day but I was wondering how you other insomniacs manage to work (without caffein)

Is it possible?

Raptureman,

It is possible.  I loved drinking coffee, but I was able to wean myself off of it.  Was rough, and I miss my coffee.

coffee had no effect on me at all. My insomnia was just as bad with drinking some coffee as with drinking nothing.

Did it make your insomnia drinking no coffee?
