Hit 6.5 months and really need support

I really felt like I was getting better but this last week and last two days in general have been really really difficult. So much fatigue and lack of appetite, depression, high anxiety. I feel like I'm dying and I really just don't understand how it could get so much worse after feeling 75% myself for a lot of July. Sorry for the negativity I really am but I just don't understand all I did was a high dose of gabapentin for 3 weeks and a 7 day Ativan taper. Any support would be appreciated

The 6 month wave is really common.  I had it also.  After this wave I bet you'll notice a big improvement in your baseline.  WR

I agree Late 5 month into 6 months was bad for me. Hang on this just takes a lot of time. You will get better.
