No motivation so in bed

I have bad anxiety and bad depression. I am fortunate that I have no "physical" symptoms, but this has been going on for so long now that I lack the motivation to get out of bed. It's like I no longer care and am only here because there is no alternative. I am really scared. Anyone else? Gx

I feel so sorry about your anxiety and depression! Bed is the safe place and I had stayed in bed a lot but also noticed that going out at least once a day seems to lift depression type of feelings. Question, how do you handle beeing bed while your Mum's visits, I think you wrote about it some days ago.

This is the worst!  I don't have too many physical symptoms with one exception-I'm just uncomfortable.  Don't like clothes touching me-I think I may be a little hypersensitive -it's an awful feeling. 

 

I'm soon going to send a change of address form into the Post office.  Forward all mail to my bed in care of Benzo withdrawal occupant.
