Still suffering symtoms at 13.5 months . I have been much better but only feel 75% . I still struggle with headache , dizziness ,chest pressure , shortess of breath , anxiety and obsessing .most of times they are mild but sometime they can be intense . Anyone in same boat ?

I'm in the same boat in the same cabin. i jumped 6/18/16. You?

 

I feel just as bad as during the taper. I do hear 14 months is a significant milestone though.

14 and half months out and I'm having much better days lately.  :)

It will get better for you to my friend and all bb here.

Time, pray, and positive thinking, yoga, some exercise, positive people around you, healthy food, no sugar coffe, gluten, alcohol, eating a lots off protein helped me a lot.

I still have some symptoms but I'm a lot better lately and I know is coming for you too my friend.

I jumped on 6/17/2016. My main symtoms that I struggle a lot with is headache and anxiety and obsession .

I'm so happy to hear u doing better Vica ! I know I have good days and better too but headache sometimes come very intense.  Anxiety and obsessions too .
